When you use iCapture, we collect the business card images you upload, the contact details extracted from them, your account information (name, email), and basic usage analytics so we can improve the product.
2. How we use your data
Your data powers card scanning, contact enrichment, and search. We never sell your contacts or share them with advertisers.
3. AI processing
Card images are processed by trusted AI providers solely to extract text. Images are not used to train third‑party models.
4. Data retention
Your contacts and scans remain in your account until you delete them. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from settings.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by row‑level security so only you can see your contacts.
