1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using iCapture, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have permission to scan, don't scrape the service, and don't attempt to disrupt it. Respect the privacy of the people whose cards you capture.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in INR. You can cancel any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non‑refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

iCapture is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in‑app notice.
